However, a Linux/386 binary file is also included that should work on virtually any operating system that supports SDL, SDL_image, and SDL_ttf.
The goal of the game is to clear the screen and move to the "E" symbol while fighting evil space mutants that have kidnapped your girlfriend and plan to take over the world. The symbols on the screen represent a numeric value that decreases as you move over them.
The game is smart enough to select the best screen resolution for your system, although you can change the default by using the command "symbolica -h." On the GP2X, the SELECT button quits the game, and on Linux, the ESC button exits. Additionally, you can adjust the volume using the 1/2 keys.
