This software offers a sleek and seamless experience for browsing through image thumbnails. The animated list and picker allow for efficient and intuitive navigation.
I recently had the opportunity to try out this image thumbnail list and picker software and I have to say, I was impressed. One of the standout features for me was the smoothly animated image thumbnails, which added a level of polish to the overall look and feel.
But it wasn't just about aesthetics - this software also included automatic background thread loading, making for high performance even with large numbers of images being loaded. And speaking of images, the automatic thumbnail creation really helped keep memory usage to a minimum.
I was also pleased to see that listbox items could have HTML formatted caption text with hyperlink and image support, as well as the ability to zoom in on images. Not to mention, the customizable appearance (with text and image properties) and the ability to arrange items in columns or rows with animated scrolling.
Other nice-to-have features included keyboard lookup support, smooth mouse slide effects, support for item groups with expandable and collapsible splitters, and the option to add custom top layer items.
The software also offered different thread loading modes to adjust how images are loaded, as well as sophisticated gradient, texture, hatch fills with optional opacity control. I appreciated the built-in support for a variety of image formats (ICO, BMP, JPEG, GIF, ICO, TIF, PNG) with alpha transparency, and the anti-aliased drawing.
And if you want to switch between Office 2003/2007/2010 styles, fear not - this software is TMS TAdvFormStyler compatible for instant switching. Lastly, I should mention that a data-aware version is included, and this product is also available in the TMS Component Pack. All in all, a solid choice.
