Capture your adversary's pieces and dominate the game board with strategic moves.

At the beginning of the game, both you and the computer will roll a die to determine who will make the move first. During a player's turn, the middle button is clicked to roll the die. The numbers shown on the dice are the number of steps a player can take. For instance, if the player rolls a 3 and a 6, they can move a piece three steps forward, and then move either the same piece or a different piece six steps forward.
If a player rolls a doublet, meaning both dice show the same number, they can use each die twice and make four moves. Pinned and trapped pieces cannot be moved until the pinning piece is moved, and players cannot move their pieces to a column with two or more opponent pieces.
Once a player has successfully moved all of their pieces to their home board, they can start removing the pieces. The order of removal follows the numbers rolled from the dice. For example, if a player rolls a double 1, they can remove two pieces that are one step from the goal. If the required number of steps of the remaining pieces is smaller than the rolled numbers, pieces that are closer to the goal than the numbers shown can be moved.
Overall, Tapa is an engaging game that challenges players' strategic abilities to achieve victory against the computer's moves.
