In this game, control a ball of grey goo to consume anything smaller than itself. As the ball eats, it grows larger and can devour rats, dinosaurs, gladiators, and even entire pyramids, volcanoes, and samurai. The end goal is to devour the entire planet.

The game begins with the goo eating a time machine, which leads to it being sent back in time. As the player, you will control the goo through six different time periods, including modern times, the Late Cretaceous era, Ancient Egypt, Ancient Rome, Feudal Japan and the distant future. Each time period features a unique set of objects for you to eat, such as mice, cats, Tyrannosaurus Rex, mummies, gladiators, and flying saucers.
One of the most interesting aspects of the game is that levels can span vastly different object sizes. You may start off as the size of an amoeba, but with each object that you consume, you can grow to become the size of a galaxy. To add to the fun, a complete 2-player cooperative game is also included, making it possible to play the entire game with a friend.
After completing the main game, players can unlock a ton of bonus levels that provide additional challenge. And if you're really good, you can even post your best times on the high score boards to compare against other players around the world. Overall, Tasty Planet: Back for Seconds is a fun, engaging and addictive game that's perfect for those who love to consume and conquer!
