TERAVoice is a Windows-based telephony platform capable of implementing various telephony applications such as voicemail, voice menus, call center waiting queues, H.323 to PSTN gateway, and custom IVR applications with high performance.

The management and monitoring of TERAVoice can easily be done even from remote computers through its MMC-based management console. Small setups can use an appropriate analog or ISDN telephony board to start their telephony solution at a minimal cost, and later switch to a dedicated system for higher loads. This scalability option makes it a great choice for businesses of all sizes.
TERAVoice integrates with a wide range of telephony hardware starting from simple voice modem up to Multi-PRI ISDN boards or professional TAPI-based telephony boards even in mixed configurations. This flexibility is one of the reasons why it provides ease-of-use for simple voicemail solutions as well as the flexibility of programable systems. Easy to create voice mailboxes, voice menus, call handlers, and custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application with TERA's intuitive user interface programming.
Notification through TERAVoice is compatible with all SMTP-based messaging systems and mail servers for delivering voice messages and call notifications to subscribers. Additionally, subscribers can be notified via SMS or pager messages and by the MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) of their PBX telephones. A windows client tool for notification and mailbox configuration is available as well. The software is a complete communication package that provides reliability, flexibility and efficiency in managing telephony infrastructure.
