Summary: Software for playing a realistic 3D shooting game.

The result? Well, the engine of the game was indeed finished within 15 minutes. However, the rest of the game wasn't quite as easy. It took at least the same amount of time to pixel the mouse cursor and get the sound effects just right.
One important thing to note is that under DOS, the setting for the SoundBlaster is read from the BLASTER= -Variable if available. If not, it uses the default settings of Port 220, Irq 5, DMA 1. Without a SoundBlaster compatible card, the game simply won't run at all.
Overall, to run this game, you'll need at least an 80386 (DOS) or any PC with DirectX (Windows). While it may not have been the easiest game to create, it's definitely a fun and enjoyable 3D shooter experience.
