TkPasMan is a user-friendly software that offers a convenient solution for storing your usernames and passwords for various websites. Based on the inspiration from gpasman, TkPasMan has improved functionalities, particularly in terms of pasting possibilities. With TkPasMan, you can easily copy and paste both your username and password.
To use TkPasMan, first, choose "Add site" from the Edit menu to add a new site. Provide a clear site description and press "Enter". You can then enter your username and/or password in the fields on the right. Use the checkbuttons to adjust the way username and/or password will be copied, most commonly selecting "Username" and "Password".
To select your password, click on the left mouse button after pointing at one of the listed descriptions on the left. Depending on your checkbutton configuration, TkPasMan will select either your username or password. Once selected, simply point at the application where you want to paste the username, then click on the middle mouse button. The username will be pasted. The next item, typically a password, will be automagically stored in the X selection. To paste the password, simply middle-click again.
