VIMail

VIMail is a powerful software that allows you to send serial emails with ease. With the support of MS Access database and txt template files, you can store all your email addresses in a true database, without any limits. Each address record includes EMail, Prefix, Name, Template, and 5 memo-fields. You can store as much text as you want in each of these fields, making them perfect for your needs.

VIMail also offers letter templates that are stored in simple text files, such as Cover_Letter.txt, Inviting.txt, Advertising.txt, and more. You can change the letter-template for every address, making it easy to send personalized emails. Attachments can also be added, and you can preview your emails before sending them.

One of the most useful features of VIMail is the one-touch-sending of emails to all selected addresses, with an appropriate template for every address. Additionally, you can control "no twins" emails (with sound notification), and insert email-addresses from the clipboard easily.

The software comes with a scrolled windows with a clippboard contens (frozen or not), and a simple, user-friendly interface that requires no MS Office or MS Access at your computer.

Using VIMail is easy, too. Simply create a template txt-file with your desired format and save it as "Inviting.txt" file in the directory where VIMail.exe lays. Add new addresses, input EMail, Prefix, Name, and select the Inviting.txt file as a template. Save it to the database, and repeat as many times as you need. Select the addresses for sending, and press "Send Mail".

#PREFIX and #NAME will be replaced by the values that you entered to the address, and the subject for every email will be personalized. #TODAY will be automatically replaced by the current date.
