WebTTS requires PERL5, DBI 1.12 or higher, the MySQL Driver, Mail::Sendmail 0.77 or higher (only if you want to send eMails), and DB_File (only to import any older pre-3.0 databases). I have tested this software with MySQL Database Server (3.22.xx).
This software has many new features that have recently been added. These include changing from DB_File to DBI/DBD MySQL, creating a Data Abstraction Layer that makes the porting of a database to another relative database quite easy, switching from piping to sendmail to Mail::Sendmail so that the software can use SMTP servers, and the addition of an $all variable for better ticket tracking.
