Wintah

Wintah is a winter GTK theme that provides a fresh and elegant look to your desktop environment. The theme is easy to install, and you can get started with a few simple clicks.

To install the theme, all you have to do is right-click on your desktop and select Change Desktop Background. Next, click on the first tab: Theme. Drag and drop the theme's archive in the Appearance Preferences window. Once you have done this successfully, you will receive a confirmation message, and you can activate the theme by clicking on it.

GNOME is an international effort to build a complete desktop environment based entirely on free software. It includes creating software development frameworks, selecting application software for the desktop, and working on the programs that manage application launching, file handling, and window and task management.

GNOME is part of the GNU Project and can be used with various Unix-like operating systems like Linux, and as part of Java Desktop System in Solaris. The acronym originally stood for GNU Network Object Model Environment, but it is now deprecated. The GNOME project emphasizes simplicity, usability, and making things "just work" to create an efficient desktop environment for users.
