WMcp

WMcp is a dockable pager software designed for Window Maker. Installing WMcp is a breeze. All you need to do is unzip the file using the command "gunzip wmcp-1.2.8.tar.gz" and then untar the same file through "tar xvf wmcp-1.2.8.tar". Once extracted, move to the source directory through "cd wmcp-1.2.8". Lastly, choose between making the default button scheme (scalpel), making the style according to the button colors (scalpel or ghostview), and build the software through the "make" command. Further details can be accessed through the "make help" command. Once you have successfully built WMcp, copy it to a directory in your $PATH. To run it, type "wmcp" and move the appicon to the dock.

WMcp has been tested on different operating systems such as WindowMaker-0.20.3, WindowMaker-0.50.2, Red Hat 5.0 and 6.0, HP-UX 10.20, and different X Servers like XFree86, Exceed, and AccelX.

Using WMcp is effortless. To navigate between the workspaces, use the left mouse button. The right and middle mouse buttons are used to adjust the buttons displayed. The software works with specific arguments that are run through the command line such as -g (geometry), -d (display), -n (number of workspaces) and many more.
