xsddoc

The xsddoc subproject is an XML Schema documentation generator that caters to W3C XML Schemas. The software is now in its latest version, xsddoc release 1.0. Unlike previous versions, this one is mainly written in XSLT. However, based on the developers' experience in handling the highly recursive nature of XML Schema, they decided to create a new Java-based code stream. The goal was to develop an XML Schema documentation generator that fully complies with the W3C XML Schema recommendation. This resulted in the creation of a brand-new software - xnsdoc - which is now available through the partner company, buldocs Ltd.

The xframe team behind xsddoc will still continue to support the software. However, they do not have any plans to introduce new features to the program. Nonetheless, the team is open to receiving bug reports, patches or other contributions. These will be integrated into xsddoc as necessary. The code streams of xsddoc and xnsdoc are different, but developers can expect that any changes applicable to xsddoc will also be transferred from xnsdoc.

In the latest xsddoc release, the developers have fixed several bugs. This release marks the first so-called "stable release" of the software. The program is currently integrated and is being utilized successfully by many users.
