YGS Virtual Piano is a versatile virtual MIDI keyboard that can be used for a range of musical applications, including tuning instruments, identifying keys of music, and playing music school lessons.

On top of all that, YGS Virtual Piano can work well with a video projector to help you teach music to large groups of students. This program allows you to create and save a collection of your favorite timbres based on your midi-synthesizer's capabilities. Each timbre can consist of one or more voices, which can be adjusted for volume and transposition. This means that you can create multilayered sounds to suit your specific needs.
In addition, the virtual piano can be used along with an external midi keyboard as a sound module. You can also play using your computer keyboard, and quickly adjust the sound by transposing it. While this feature requires a registered copy of the program, you can still transpose sound in the program's menu if you're using the free version. You can even create new sound files or download them from the Virtual Piano homepage.
YGS Virtual Piano can be used for free with minor restrictions at all times, without needing to go through a trial period. The next versions of the software will include even more advanced timbre management features, such as keyboard zoning and dynamic sound control. This program was developed by a professional musician named Murat Dzhusupov from Russia's Novosibirsk.
