The program will scan your managed switches via SNMP and discover the LAN topology automatically.
It supports scanning via the ICMP, TCP, UPnP, SNMP, and LLDP protocols, builds a graphical network map, displaying devices of different types as special vector icons, and draws links between them.
The advantage of the application is a convenient, feature-rich graphic editor and an object library; a wide range of quality network device icons, "stretching" lines and areas of different forms.
In addition, the software offers a wide choice of colors, fonts, and fillings for graphic primitives for editing the network diagrams.
All these means can make your network maps and diagrams better-looking.
Version 2.9: Improved the line attaching algorithm. Added ability to create broken lines (through adding nodes) and create hyperlinks to documents and web sites.
Version 2.7: Added ability to change size of selected icons and areas on your diagram. Added ability to select a type for a group of devices. The program does not require the administrator rights on the first start.
Version 2.2: Added a new method of scanning network topology: tracing routes. Now you can create the Internet host connectivity diagrams. Improved the network topology discovery and network diagram drawing algorithms.
Version 2.1: Added searching for network devices using the Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) protocol. This function allows discovering routers, wireless devices, media servers and players, and all other UPnP devices on your local network. Added SNMPv3 support which allows working with network devices securely.
Version 2.0: Changed the standard set of bitmap icons to new vector icons. Now you can scale the network device icons without losing image quality. Improved the network topology discovery algorithm when scanning a network and detecting device connection links. Added ability to read MAC addresses from VLAN.
Version 1.1: Added configuring radiuses when drawing devices around switches and hubs. This helps to avoid device overlapping when creating network diagrams in the automatic mode.
Version 1.0: New program!
