An employee shift scheduling software featuring 117 scheduling templates for 1-3 shifts per day and 5 days per week. Includes weekly tables displaying each person's work schedule.

This particular package comes with 117 different scheduling templates, covering 1, 2, or 3 shifts a day for 5 days a week, providing any number of people per shift. The best part is that it can quickly and easily accommodate changing staffing levels.
The templates display weekly tables that clearly show the days and shifts worked by each person each week. All of the templates are set up to rotate the days off for each person, and everyone is treated in a fair and impartial manner regarding shifts worked and days off each week.
What I really appreciated was that I could use multiple templates to provide the coverage I needed, which allowed me to present different scheduling options to my managers and employees for their consideration and approval.
The templates varied between about 30 and 53 hours a week, providing lots of choices to fit my staffing needs with available personnel. Even if a template didn’t have about 40 hours a week, I could easily add and delete weekly shifts to match my unique daily staffing requirements.
The scheduling templates were configured to work seamlessly with the Series 3 Rotating Shift Schedulers, which helped me create schedules for up to 52 weeks. Furthermore, it provided vacation scheduling and overtime management tools, along with several scheduling outputs, such as a file to transfer the schedule to my Outlook Calendar, and the ability to automatically e-mail schedules to my employees.
Overall, I found this software to be a lifesaver when it comes to managing employee shifts. But if you need more flexibility, there are other scheduling packages available on their website for 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts for 5, 6 and 7 days a week.
