A free Trillian-esque status logger for Adium
Version: 1.5Installing Adium Status Logger will place a folder called "Adium Status Log" in your Applications directory. Adium Status Logger is a program that creates scripts to monitor and log the status of your Adium contacts.
Operating System: Mac OS X
The Adium Status Logger script was written because of the lack of a Trillian-esque status logger in Adium.
Adium Status Logger is not as easy to setup as Trillian's logger since it is still in it's early stages, but once setup, it will work just as well and will not require any further work on your part.
1.Run the script and enter the screen names or names of your contacts.
2.After you are done, hit Finish. All the scripts you need have been created and appropriately named and placed in the same folder ("Adium Status Log") in the Applications folder.
3.In Adium, get the info on a contact and click on "Events".
4.Select "Contact Signs On", "Contact Signs Off", "Contact becomes idle", "Contact goes away", "Contact returns from idle" and "Contact returns from away" and click on "+" for each.
5.Select "Run an Applescript" and browse to the "Adium Status Log" folder and select the appropriate script for each contact. Hit OK. (Do not select "Delete after event occurs".)
6.All the status changes are logged in the "Adium Log.txt" file placed in the same folder.
