Aklabeth remakes the original Ultima game in a new form.
The software is indeed an RPG, albeit with some distinctions. Players get to explore the top world, enter 3D (sort of) dungeons, confront monsters, and perform tasks for Lord British, who is also known as Richard Garriott. As for controlling the game, moving through the upper world and dungeons requires the use of the arrow keys or N S E W. A key denotes attacking, the letter "I" is for inventory, "Q" is for quitting, and "X" is utilized when entering a town, shop, dungeon, or climbing up and down.
From a technical standpoint, the program requires the SDL library to run. Additionally, it is essential to note that this release of the software is the first and most likely the last for aklabeth for Linux/X.
