Amarok Music Diary generates a daily SQLite3 database of all played songs.
To use Amarok Music Diary, you first need to store the database in ~/.kde/share/apps/amarok/scripts-data/amarok-diary.db. You can then add lyrics to the database through the Context Menu Entry. To view the database, you can use a tool such as sqlitebrowser (note that due to changes in the sqlite data format, you may need the CVS Version of the sqlitebrowser).
In addition to its basic features, Amarok Music Diary also provides an option to export the database using the context menu entry. The software has a default setting to export only songs with the public flag set, but the option can be changed in the configuration file.
Amarok Music Diary requires amaroK to function properly. Recently, some statistical features have been added to enhance the user experience. With its powerful capabilities and useful features, Amarok Music Diary is a great software for those looking to keep track of their music journey.
