Those features include the ability to generate invoices and billing statements, keep track of inventory, handle returns, produce sales reports, record customer payments, track consignment items, create customer mailing lists, calculate shipping weights, prepare bank deposit reports, process back orders, process multi-packages. Invoices and statements can be printed or sent via email or PDF.
It can work side by side with e-commerce software. In particular, shopping cart data can be moved in and out of the program.
The program comes with Real Time inventory processing providing up-to-the-second information on inventory. It will signal you when inventory reaches a critically low level.
The program is fully barcode compatible and is able to read and print barcodes.
