AsmMgr is a front-end software for assembler IDE. It provides an interface to access and manage the assembler environment.
When configured for assembler development, the top row of buttons provides options for compilation and debugging. The "project" button has a plethora of features, including the ability to list all installed tools, create project directories, open projects, build makefiles, build sample source files, and facilitate project setup.
AsmMgr was written to simplify assembly development and eliminate some of the obstacles encountered by novice programmers. It is part of a suite of programs, including asmedit (editor), asmlib (library), asmbug (debugger), asmdis (disassembler), asmsrc (source code generator), asmplan (todo list), asmref (extensive help system), asmfunc (helper programs for asmedit, asmmgr, and others), asmmgr (front-end), asmpub (document-builder from source comments) and various utility programs.
In the latest release, a problem that caused the program to abort due to file permissions has been fixed. Overall, AsmMgr is a user-friendly software with a comprehensive suite of features that makes it an easy-to-use IDE for novice and expert programmers alike.
