Asteroids3D is a thrilling first-person game that involves players blowing up asteroids in a 3D setting.
Regarding installation, it is important to note that there is currently no configure script available for this software. However, if you have installed mesa3d in a location different from /usr/local/opengl, you can manually edit the make file's INC and LIB lines to reflect your installation location. Following this, type "make" to complete the installation process.
If you would like to install the program in a specific directory, you can copy the asteroids3D binary, *.ppm, and *.ub files to the desired directory.
In this latest release of Asteroids3D, the build infrastructure has been migrated to autoconf to improve the software's overall performance and enhance its usability.
