KoriBlast Free Viewer, or BlastViewer for short, is a freeware allowing you to graphically explore BLAST results produced by the NCBI and the EBI BLAST facilities.

BlastViewer provides a graphical user interface comprising a hits table viewer, an HSP map viewer and a coloured-enhanced sequence alignment viewer.

In addition, the software allows you to retrieve entries from the public databases for every hit sequence listed in the BLAST reports.

BlastViewer is also capable to open and handle multiple BLAST files, enabling you to analyse and to compare more data quickly.
