To adjust the number of repetitions, simply use the Rep. up-down control value to select a value from 1 (minimum) to 12 (maximum). Once set, all you need to do is click on the Start button to kickstart your breathing exercise regime.
In case you need to cancel or reset your settings, simply press on the Reset button. An edit box will also display the number of completed repetitions for your reference.
It's worth noting, however, that the trial version of Breathe-142 only allows a fixed number of repetitions, and there will be a reminder dialog each time you exit the program. To fully unlock the program's capabilities, you'll need to download the full version.
