Burn 360 is a software tool that enables ripping, encoding, and creation of VCDs using a graphical user interface. Developed in perl-Gtk2, it simplifies the process for users.
The software is designed to work on separate processes to efficiently perform the following tasks. The first process enables users to rip video tracks from VCD's. The second process allows easy encoding of files from/to any format that is supported by ffmpeg, which is specified in a separate file called "opts". Finally, Burn 360 also has the capability of creating new VCDs using MPEG's on hard drive.
To operate this software effectively, the required software and libraries include GTK+ >= 2.6.x, ffmpeg, cdrdao, vcdimager and perl-gtk2. Users can easily install these dependencies to start using Burn 360 to rip, encode, and create VCDs.
