Calendar+ 2000 Pro is a Y2K compliant information manager that can handle over 64,000 appointments, tasks, contacts, holidays, journals and notes.
The CD version is a single multi-use license which allows for multiple installations (up to 3) so you can use Calendar+ 2000 Pro at home and at the office.
The CD upgrade allows you to upgrade to a single multi-use license if you have purchased a single license copy of Calendar+ 2000 Pro in the past.
Sporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly Views, your appointments, tasks and holidays are always at your fingertips and with a contact management system built in, managing contacts and appointments is a snap.
Appointments, tasks, holidays and journals are graphically displayed on the calendar and a display beside the calendar only displays those items which relate to the calendar date. Tasks not marked as done are always carried over to be added to tomorrow's list.
Double-click on any calendar date to bring up the Day At A Glance, or drag an appointment or task into the calendar to either start or edit it. Use the Holiday Calendar to add your favorite holidays or import your countries holidays directly into the calendar with over 25 country holiday templates.
Keeping a journal is a snap with the automatic journaling features and if keeping project notes is your priority, the Category Notes will fit your bill. Can't find something? Use the Keyword Search function to search all your appointments, tasks, holidays, journal and notes. Used to a date book? Click on Daily View to display Calendar+ 2000 Pro in a date book format. Need to take your calendar on the road? Calendar+ 2000 Pro prints calendar, task, holiday and appointment lists.
The calendar, and most other things, can be customized by you so toolbars, colors, fonts, graphics are the way you want them.
The contact management system holds over 65,000 contacts in both white and yellow pages, in ten user-defined categories (choose one or all ten) so you can sort and display your contacts in as many ways as you can imagine. Enter personal and business information for each contact, including phone and fax numbers, email addresses and web URLs. Click on a contact in the contacts list and all the information about the contact is displayed in an easy to read and use page on the right. Click on a phone number to auto-dial it, click on an email address to send an email through your default email client.or click on a web URL to start your default web-browser and connect to it. An extensive menu and tool bar (fully customizable) make managing your contacts a breeze. Going out of the office? Print out phone lists and contact info. Need to share your contact list with the whole office?
Fully network compatible, by setting the Data Path options (detailed instructions in the help file), you can have as many people as you want, sharing your data.
