There are 4 different arena cards and 14 different character cards. Each character card has a rating for each arena. For example, a King card has a higher rating in the Castle arena than it has in the Battleground arena.
You play against the computer. The game starts with an arena card being randomly selected and each player (you and the computer) getting 5 cards. You then try to play the highest ranking card that you have for that arena. Each time a hand is played, a new card is drawn from the deck until no more cards exist. If an arena card is drawn, you may change the arena.
Your four cards are displayed in name at the bottom of the screen with a space for one more card. You have to take a card from the cardpile and then play one of your cards by selecting the square box next to the name of the card. Your card will appear in the window below your name on the battlefield.
The computer will then pick a card and select a card to play. His card will be displayed in the opposite window. Points will be awarded to the winner of the battle. The winner of each battle then gains control of the board, playing his card first. The game ends when there are no more cards in the pile to draw, or when either you or the computer cannot play any of the cards in your hand. The one with the most points becomes the winner of the game.
