Console² is a browser extension that replaces the traditional JavaScript Console with the next-generation Error Console, providing enhanced debugging capabilities and improved user experience.
Console² allows you to filter errors by their type (Errors, Warnings, Messages), language (JavaScript, CSS, XML), and context (Chrome, Content). With a simple search box similar to the one in the History and Bookmarks sidebar, removing duplicates, sidebar optimizations, a customizable toolbar, and other accessibility improvements, Console2 is designed to make your programming life much easier.
To use Console2, you need to have Thunderbird 1.5 - 2.0.0.* or newer installed on your computer. Additionally, it is incredibly straightforward to install on Thunderbird. Simply right-click the link below and select "Save Link As" to save the file to your hard disk. Then, open Add-ons from the Tools menu in Thunderbird and click the Install button. Select the Console2 file you previously downloaded and click "OK."
The latest Console2 update includes many exciting changes. Some of them are the bug fix for error console line breaks, the addition of the traditional Chinese locale and easier richlistbox theme customization for developers. Fixes for richlistbox have also been included, including resolution of bugs like the failure of row selection by using the control button click. Overall, Console2 is an excellent extension that satisfies all your software debugging needs.
