This software package is a collection of callback methods.
CTKCallback also comes with clear properties such as clearSubroutineNames, clearCallbacks, and clearUser_methods to ensure complete flexibility and ease of use. Additionally, the checkCallbackOption method allows users to check the validity of their entered callback code, supporting four different formats including format 1 (callback), format 2 ([&callback, args]), format 4 (['callback', args]), and format 8 (sub {codeblock}).
As for the arguments, users can pass a string containing the callback code and get a format number for the recognized code, or 'undef' if the code is unrecognized. Finally, the callback method in CTKCallback handles the command event during a ClickTk session. It gets called when users click on a widget in the preview and prevents the application's callback (specified in the widget option) from getting called.
Overall, CTKCallback is a must-have for any software developer looking for reliable and efficient tools for implementing callbacks in their code.
