Users can select a number of files from any number of drives or directories and can also select files by different methods. Once the actions to be performed and the files on which to perform the actions are selected, users can then preview the changes that are going to occur and if that is what they want, can perform the changes.
At any point before performing the changes, users can click on the 'Back' button to go make changes to actions or files selected. After performing changes, a process file is created which contains a detailed step by step procedure of how the filenames were modified which can be viewed by the user after the changes have been completed. Users can also use the program as a command line utility.
