Discogs Fetcher is an update of the old Discogs Cover Fetcher written by Slate8. Discogs Fetcher has been updated to work with the new internal Album Art Manager in Songbird.

This fetcher will download cover art from www.discogs.com/ which has a great selection of covers for the more obscure albums including vinyl releases.


How it works:
The Discogs Fetcher add-on works by searching Discogs by artist or album name. The first release in the search results is then requested from Discogs. Then the first image is downloaded from the first album returned in the search results. This means that to download one album cover takes three http requests
