Google Earth lets users view where their friends are located on the map. It provides real-time location sharing, making it easy to locate friends and family members. This feature is available on the Google Earth mobile app.
One of the best things about Earth Addresser is that if you've added images for your friends in your Address Book, those will appear instead of the usual drawing pin. How cool is that?
To display those place marks in the correct position, Google Earth needs to look up addresses on Google's servers and turn them into a location on the map. This means that on opening the bookmark file created by Earth Addresser, Google Earth will send each of your addresses to one of its servers to have its location looked up.
However, if you're not comfortable with sending all those addresses to Google, then you should avoid using Earth Addresser altogether and not open the file it creates with Google Earth. But overall, if you're looking for an easy way to display your friends' locations on Google Earth, Earth Addresser is definitely worth checking out.
