It works with normal PST files as well as Exchange server accounts. You can either synchronize your data or make copies (for a backup) or merge multiple calendar / contact folders into one team calendar / team contact folder.
The sync can be done manually with confirmations or completely automatic with a tray icon or running as NT service. The sync of e-mail is even possible for folders that have different names (like contact and contactos).
Easy2Sync for Outlook contains a wizard to guide you through the setup and folder sharing, so that you will only have to choose what you want to synchronize - the wizard will do all the technical things for you.
