This software provides easy and quick backup and restore functionality with just one click.
The User Profile settings option allows you to customize the backup process according to your preferences. For added security, the client can be configured to not save your password.
The default backup set provides automatic protection for the most commonly used storage areas of your workstation. However, if you need to protect additional files, the Advanced settings permit you to navigate your directory tree down to the file level. You can add individual drives, directories, and/or files to your backup set using this interface.
You can also configure a basic retention schedule and off-line backups in case the internet is unavailable. The software creates detailed logs that you can review locally or through the web interface. By logging in to the same account that you use to launch the ezBackup client, you can remotely access your logs, files, and backup statistics.
Additionally, the web client allows you to restore your data, which is especially helpful when you don't have access to the original machine used to backup the data. Overall, the ezBackup for Workstations software is efficient, user-friendly, and offers customizable backup solutions for all of your needs.
