FlickrGet simplifies the process of obtaining images from a Flickr set.
After this step, users will be prompted to choose a name for their download and input their Flickr login and password. While non-Yahoo logins are currently the only ones that work, users can still proceed without inputting their login and password. However, some sets are set to private so they can only be viewed/downloaded if the user allows guests to see them.
Once the login and password information are inputted (if necessary), users can start their download. All the pictures from the set will be downloaded to a separate folder beside the FlickrGet application. Additionally, the photo sets will be downloaded at the maximum available resolution, but this is only enabled through logging in to Flickr (with login and password information provided).
Finally, it's worth noting that the software's latest version (at the time of this review) is its first public release. Nonetheless, FlickrGet is highly recommended to any avid Flickr users who seek an efficient tool to download their favorite photos with ease.
