This is a Macintosh software that delivers high-performance fractal rendering capabilities for all kinds of user needs. It provides stunning graphics and is suitable for all kinds of professional or personal applications.
Upon launching FractalWorks, a new untitled plot window is opened, and the basic Mandelbrot set is plotted. You can turn off the default plot in the preferences dialog. By clicking on any spot on the Mandelbrot plot, you can zoom in the fractal. The Mandelbrot set is a single rectangular plot, with an infinite level of detail. As you zoom into different areas of the plot, you will find more intricate details.
FractalWorks also features Julia sets, which are a family of related fractals that start from a "seed point" on the Mandelbrot set. Each of the infinitely many Julia sets has a unique "seed point" taken from the Mandelbrot set. Whenever you control click on a Mandelbrot plot, FractalWorks takes that point as a seed point for a Julia set and creates a Julia set plot in a separate window. If you then control click on a different spot on the Mandelbrot plot, the Julia set window gets updated with a new seed point.
Moreover, you can use the "New Plot options" dialog to ask FractalWorks to create a new Julia set plot window every time you click a different spot on the Mandelbrot set plot. Overall, FractalWorks is a feature-packed software that's ideal for creating stunning fractal designs on your Macintosh device.
