Galaxy Studio is a Revolution-compatible scripting IDE designed as a powerful alternative to Revolution's default IDE. It is specifically designed to streamline the programming process by offering advanced features and an intuitive user interface.
During the trial period lasting 30 days, you will have access to all of Studio's features. If you choose not to purchase the software, it will revert to Galaxy Free, causing you to lose the Property Editor, Debugger, Variable Watcher, Project Manager, Single-purpose Message Box, and Galaxy Dictionary. However, you will still be able to use the Galaxy Dock, Toolbar, and Tabbed Script Editor.
Galaxy Studio's latest release includes the Galaxy Templating System, which allows users to create new dialog types or utilize a built-in template. The Galaxy Draw and Visual Aids feature allows users to drag and create stacks with immediate feedback on the size and location of screen elements. Users can use horizontal dividers to separate chunks of code and see previews of objects in the Split Pane.
The software's Universal Context Menus and Auto-Complete feature allows users to right-click on objects to edit or inspect them, even Tabs. The new auto-complete function lets users control geometry management and menu building. The release also comes with three new editors and a Version Control Manager.
Galaxy Studio's Updater allows users to download and use the latest or four most recent versions of the software immediately.
The release includes features such as Link Mode, Check Vars, Columnar Comments, single-click breakpoints, text editor selections, and more. Terms in the dictionary are now displayed according to type, and users can sort them by name or type.
Overall, Galaxy Studio is an excellent substitute for the standard Revolution IDE, providing developers with more control, editing options, and useful features to increase productivity while maximizing screen real estate.
