GLASHCtl is an uncomplicated software tool used for handling the LASH Audio Session Handler. It allows users to control the LASH Audio Session Handler with ease.
To use GlashCtl, your computer must have the following system requirements: libgtkmm (2.6.4 or newer), libvte (0.11.15 or newer), and liblash (0.5.1 or newer). Once you have these installed, you can easily run the program and start using the applet.
When you launch the applet, an LASH icon in the form of a cardboard box with a soundwave on it will appear in the system tray, but it may be grayed out if you were not running lashd or if you have not set the LASH_START_SERVER environment variable to 1. To start lashd, simply right-click on the icon and select the option from the pop-up menu.
Once lashd has started, the icon will become sensitive and display colors, and you will be able to restore audio sessions, save them, rename them, change their directory, and even quit the applet from the pop-up menu. If you left-click on the icon, it will open a message window that displays information about the events received from lashd.
Overall, GlashCtl provides an easy and efficient way to control the LASH Audio Session Handler on your computer. Additionally, this latest release features minor bug fixes, enhancing its functionality further.
