Gnocchi - a C++ code complexity analyzer software.
This project functions by reading the coverage information produced by GCC and then determining the complexity of all functions. The tool works by analyzing the code's behavior under various conditions, such as input values and looptrees, among others.
For optimal results, make sure to compile your code with either "-fprofile-arcs" or "-ftest-coverage" (depending on your compiler version). By doing this, GCC will create an associated ".gcno" file for every object file.
The latest release of Gnocchi brings a new feature to the table - C++ exceptions. This measure is considered "experimental" and is now a part of the software's outputs. With its accurate calculation methods and straightforward use, Gnocchi stands out as a valuable asset for developers looking for an easier way to measure and analyze the complexity of their C++ code.
