GotoSelected is a Firefox extension that opens a new tab with the current selected text as destination URL.

In the past, I found a lot of links in forums or on websites they are not linked but were stored as text. I was always too lazy to copy & paste, so the simple extension was born. After installation, in the current browser's URL mark a URL or keyword and with the right mouse button, select Goto selected URL. A new Browsertab is created with the text as the destination URL opened.
