gSoko is a Sokoban game replication designed with gtk+.
The objective of the game is simple - push all the boxes on the squares with a red pattern. The game features 50 levels with animated moves, but more levels are said to be added soon.
One of the best things about gSoko is that it is free software, released under the GNU General Public License. The only downside is that the code isn't very clean yet.
The game also has some great features, including multiple undo and automatically saving/reloading a level to/from $HOME/.gsokorc. Plus, the graphics are visually pleasing, thanks to the use of The Gimp.
Moving forward, gSoko is set to bring some exciting new features to the table, such as gtk2 support, score tracking, more levels, skinability, and cleaner code. Overall, this game is highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, free, and challenging game to play on their Linux device.
