HostManager saves hosting account information for clients.
One of the standout features of HostManager is its seamless integration with Address Book contacts, saving you heaps of time by eliminating the need to set up duplicate contacts. The iCal synchronization feature makes it easy to track all client hosting packages that are about to expire, complete with alarm reminders to make sure you never forget a customer's account needs renewing.
Another great feature is the automatic emails feature that sends renewal reminders to clients whose domains or hosting packages are expiring within 90 days. All you need to do is click the 'send' button, and HostManager does the rest.
HostManager also has a hosting summary feature that provides an at-a-glance overview of all your clients, their domains, and hosting accounts. You can also grant multiple logins to one client for different users, FTP access, and other purposes.
The integrated WHOIS browser lets you perform a WHOIS lookup easily without leaving HostManager.
The only limitation of HostManager is the 30-day trial, but the software continues to receive updates and improvements with every release. This latest update is a universal binary build and includes true address book integration, new updates functionality with Sparkle, and improved payments for hosting, including payments history viewer. The interface has also been improved, and there is a new icon to round it all up.
Overall, HostManager is an excellent product, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable, easy-to-use tool to manage client hosting accounts.
