A time clock software that converts and calculates hours, supporting 24 or 12 hour formats. It allows setting daily and weekly overtime limits, as well as high and low warning levels for each clock in/out period. Results can be printed.
Input times can be entered in either hours and minutes or decimal hours. The software is designed to display daily and weekly regular and overtime hours as data is entered, and allows for up to three weeks of data entry. Employee names, dates, data entered, and calculated results can be printed for record keeping purposes.
It is also possible to output filtered history in PDF, XLS, and CSV formats. If a warning level has been violated, the time period will be painted yellow and included in the totals. However, if an unacceptable time period is entered, the period will be painted red and will NOT be included in the totals. Overall, this software is a great tool for tracking employee time and overtime, with a user-friendly interface and useful functionalities.
