To make the invoicing process more efficient, the software allows a user to create, modify, and delete customer accounts. One can browse and find customers, view outstanding balance, credit, and turnover, and print out or export accounts. To create invoices, there are two options: service type invoices and product type invoices. Additionally, one can issue credit notes, record payment receipts and view account activity (sales), and issue account statements.
Invoices, credits, and payments can be created with ease by entering invoice items from predefined services or products. You can also select VAT rates and add carriage options too. Once created, invoices can be printed and saved. Product invoicing is linked to the product database with stock control. Invoices automatically increase the respective customer account balance, and credit notes and payment receipts adjust the customer account balance.
Transactions such as invoices, credits, and payments are saved to a database for future reference, and one can look them up at any time and print or export them. The software also features a product database that enables one to maintain a list of products with product code, description, price, and quantity. Users can control product stock levels and record adjustments in and out. The software ensures that one cannot issue invoices on products that are out of stock. Furthermore, the user can print out or export a product price list.
The services database helps one maintain a list of services with service codes, description, and price. One can also print out or export a customer price list. Company settings, such as your company’s name, address, telephone, and fax numbers, can be entered, and edited as well. These details will appear on invoices, credit notes, account statements, and price lists, which helps to maintain a professional image.
Extensive reporting is an added feature that generates and prints various reports such as customer lists, transaction lists, invoice lists, credit lists, payment lists, full product lists, and full service lists. To safeguard one's data, the software features backup and restore functions.
