IPMailer can automatically e-mail you or anyone else every time your IP address changes.

You can schedule to have your IP address e-mailed to you at Windows Startup or every specific time interval, send it to any number of people, and copy it to the Clipboard. You can create your own subject line and e-mail body displaying your IP address.

The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
