IPNetShareX allows you to share one internet connection with multiple computers.
This software uses unix "natd" and "ipfw", and does not offer full access to the TCP/IP configuration of the machine. However, it boasts excellent performance using in-kernel single address space AVL search trees and excellent compatibility. As a shared resource, UNIX ipfw is often configured by multiple programs with conflicting models. IPNetShareX does not use or depend on ipfw, leaving it available for other UNIX software.
Moreover, IPNetShareX features flexible configuration, logging, and notification options. It can be used with Cable Modems, xDSL, dial-up modems, and most other data link providers. It is recommended to use at least one network interface card connected to a network, although two cards are preferred for better security. The software also supports Airport cards and the internal ethernet cards now shipped on all Macs.
Users can take advantage of IPNetShareX for 40 days on a trial basis. Overall, IPNetShareX can be a reliable and efficient software for those who need access to Mac OS X's NAT services without using the command line interface.
