The Jini icon theme project offers SVG vector themes for software icons.
This theme provides four different color schemes to customize the look and feel of your desktop environment. To use Jini icon themes, you must first install the Jin3 theme. Once you've done that, extract the iconset to either /home//.icons or /usr/share/icons, depending on your preference.
To choose your preferred theme, use your desktop environment's theme manager. If you're using GNOME, for example, you can find the theme manager in the menu Desktop > Preferences > Theme. From there, click the "Theme details" button, which will take you to the "Icon" tab. You should be able to see the Dropline Neu! theme in the list.
The latest release of Jini icon theme has added and edited more than 70 icons. Additionally, the developers are now working on adding KDE icons to the theme. Finally, a bug fix for the evolution mail icon size has been provided, thanks to Christoph Trassl.
