KBarcode is a Linux and KDE 3 compatible barcode and label printing tool. It enables users to generate barcodes and labels with ease.
In addition, KBarcode is a simple xbarcode replacement for creating barcodes. It supports all major types of barcodes like EAN, UPC, CODE39, and ISBN. The latest release of the application fixes bugs that prevented using KBarcode on recent distributions. Workarounds for bugs in Qt 3.3.2 and earlier have been removed, thus dropping support for these versions.
This maintenance release has been tested on Mandriva One 2008.1 and Ubuntu 8.04, among other operating systems. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has contributed to the software's development. If you're looking for a powerful and easy-to-use barcode and label printing application, KBarcode is definitely the way to go.
