Kefir generates wrapper code for Glade files.
One of Kefir's most significant advantages is its flexibility. Although verbosity may be a challenge, it allows developers to introduce changes to their Glade files, which can be imported into the Python code without losing existing code. This trait allows you to tweak designs and layouts continually, creating a unique and tailored project to suit your needs.
Kefir also supports custom widgets, and developers can include any custom widget available for their Python application. In the future, Kefir plans to incorporate more custom widgets using Python.
To utilize the Kefir software, you will need GTK+ version 2.0.x. Although it comes with Christophe DeLord's Toy Parser Generator, having it installed certainly helps to streamline your workflow. With Kefir, you can easily integrate your Glade files into your Python apps and enjoy an efficient and straightforward process.
