Klorofil is a software that utilizes PHP 5 to create desktop GUI and Web applications. Its platform serves as a development tool for programmers.
One of the Klorofil project's products is the Klorofil Platform, an open source platform for PHP. This platform is made available by Saltanera under the Common Public License version 1.0 ("CPL"), which has been approved by the Open Source Initiative.
The Klorofil Platform is structured around various components, including class registration, application launcher, collection classes, I/O classes, network classes (such as socket, HTTP, email, and SMS), compression, byte compiler, XML, and gambArt (Klorofil GUI). The gambArt component includes application, canvas, component, control, form component, button, flat button, label, edit, dialog, radio button, checkbox, panel, image, listbox, dropdownbox, pagecontrol, toolbar, mainmenu, and timer functionalities.
In the latest release, several bugs have been fixed, including one on the Windows launcher that now properly uses the php.ini file from Klorofil's directory, as well as a bug on the Calculator samples regarding button 9. Additionally, there have been enhancements to the memory allocation model for event handlers, with not every component handling events. The release also includes an enhancement to the receive focus process of control, ensuring that not every control accepts focus.
