This software - KPSP - offers an iOSlave designed for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) device.
KPSP is available for installation from source or CVS. For installation from source, you can download the source package from the website's download page. Once downloaded, extract the package and run the following commands: "./configure --prefix=< where KDE is installed > make make install." It is likely that you need root privileges to complete the installation.
To install from CVS, you have to first download the sources from CVS by running the commands: "cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/kpsp login" and "cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/kpsp co -P kio_psp". After downloading the sources, get the admin-directory used by the build system by running "cd kio_psp svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.3/kde-common/admin". To compile and install, run "make -f Makefile.cvs ./configure --prefix=" and "make make install." Root privileges may be required for this installation method as well.
The latest release of KPSP comes with some improvements, including virtual root folders with an access type, the ability to create a folder even when the media-folder isn't created before and better integration into the KDE Control Center. If you're looking for an easy-to-use and comprehensive IOSlave for your PSP, KPSP is certainly worth considering.
